In Austin

After we left Sea World we drove up to Austin and spent the remainder of the weekend with Pat's sister and our Nephew. I think Phoebe is old enough now that Ethan can view here as a kid and not a baby. This is the two of them rockin out. Ethan was actually playing, Phoebe was just messing around. Ethan decked her out with a chain and some wrist wear and don't ask me what's up with her hair.

The end of the day

We did the penguins towards the end of the day. As we were waiting around the penguin house for Pat to meet back up with us (he was on the roller coaster) the penguin came out and Phoebe was more then happy to take a photo. By the end of the day she was worn out and dehydrated, as were we all!

Sea World

We got to Sea World just as it was opening. We immediately had our photo with Shamu. We watched a couple of the shows. Viva was by far Phoebe's favorite and she is still talking about it. If she mentions "The bird Lady" this is what she's talking about. It was my first time watching the Viva show and it was really good!

Vacation

We took Phoebe to Sea World as our family vacation this year. We got to San Antonio around lunch time. We checked into our hotel and headed for the River Walk. We walked around a bit and then took Phoebe to The Rainforest Cafe for lunch. After lunch we did a river boat tour. At that point in time we were all very hot and tired and decided to call it an early night in preparation for Sea Worl the following day.

4th of July

We decided to do our 4th of July activities in Addison again this year. Well, actually they have their big to-do on the 3rd. They have war planes that fly over until sundown and then they do the fire works. Afterwards they do movies in the park. We got there early and brought our own picnic. Once we ate we wandered around a little bit. Phoebe participated in some sand art and really enjoyed all the other things going on.

Grand Parents visiting

In June Great Grandma came to visit and so did Grammy and Grampy. We did lots of things that week. Phoebe and the grand parents did the vintage railroad.
