Phoebe Turned 2

Phoebe has turned 2! We can't believe it. How time flies. We are having her official party on Saturday but we wanted to take her out for dinner yesterday since it was her true birthday. We found this place that seemed super kid friendly and that's always important. It turned out to be really cool and some place we'll have to take her again. It was a place called Gatti Town and it's a pizza/pasta buffet. We walked in and the place was HUGE! There is an attached game room and you can buy a game card with your meal so you can play games after. Phoebe received a free $5 game card since it was her birthday and they didn't charge us for her meal. They had all these different dining areas. One had the facade of Dr. Pepper Ball Park (the local minor league team). Inside that room was a big screen t.v. playing sporting events. Next to that room was a room with the facade of a movie theatre and inside were movie theatre screens that were playing movies. We ate in that room. They also have all sorts of private rooms for parties and such. There was an amazing assortment of food and Phoebe plowed through quite a bit of it. She ate four slices of pizza, a helping of mac-n-cheese, a helping of baked penne with cheese and a big ol' plate of jello. After we ate we went to the game room. There wasn't a whole lot for someone her age but we all had fun. At the end we had 140 tickets. She chose a big plastic iguana as her prize. She also ended up with a pirates eye patch and some chinese handcuffs. We then went home and got her ready for bed and let her open her presents. She had fun but was so exhausted after.
