On October 22 (the day after Phoebe's birthday) we welcomed Elsie Quinn to our family. She arrived at 3:25pm at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. We were planning to induce on the 26th but I guess Elsie just wanted to make sure that big sister got to celebrate her birthday without interuption, then she was ready to join us!
